You are the owner of the functional solution, from the first business workshop through to user adoption.
You translate complex, sometimes ambiguous requirements into a clear, structured Odoo solution.
You write the specifications and User Stories that will serve as the reference for the development team.
You prioritize and arbitrate the backlog according to the client's true business priorities.
You configure the solution and can lead testing phases.
You coordinate technical and business teams and stay on course until production deployment.

4+ years of experience in Business Analysis or ERP consulting, ideally with Odoo.
You manage ERP projects end-to-end and can make trade-offs between standard and custom solutions.
You build trust with both business stakeholders and developers.
You simplify technical concepts and support change with a pedagogical approach.
English is second nature to you (mandatory on our projects).
