- Lead a Tribe of 7 squads and approximately 60 people
- Support Product Managers and teams in developing their skills without being involved in day-to-day operations
- Own the Tribe’s vision and strategy
- Ensure squad alignment around shared North Stars and measurable business objectives
- Track acquisition, engagement, and revenue objectives
- Act as a key partner to the Executive Committee and strategic stakeholders
- Contribute to key decision-making and high-impact initiatives for the Kolecto platform
- Resolve inter-Tribe dependencies and issues
- Balance Product, Tech, regulatory, and business priorities
- Support the Tribe’s transformation and performance
- Address customer scalability, activation, and engagement challenges
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Product Managers
- Ideally, experience gained in structured, high-growth Product organizations
- Strong ability to take a strategic perspective and articulate a vision
- Ability to resolve complex, high-impact issues and make decisions on key priorities
- Cross-functional leadership and excellent communication skills
- Ability to interact with the Executive Committee and Product, Tech, and Design teams
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to manage inter-Tribe dependencies and challenge stakeholders with divergent interests
- Enjoyment of complex and evolving environments
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on metrics and business impact
- For selected candidates: criminal record extract (Bulletin No. 3), valid residence permit where applicable, and professional integrity check
Demonstrates strong leadership in managing Product Managers and cross-functional teams, with a focus on strategic vision, stakeholder engagement, and performance metrics. Capable of navigating complex environments while driving alignment and addressing business priorities.
