LVMH Beauty Tech is seeking an experienced HRIS Program Lead to drive the Hire to Retire domain across the Beauty Division. You will standardize HRIS processes and lead the CoreHR program with SAP SuccessFactors interfaced with PeopleDoc, Payroll, and ServiceNow.
You will coordinate HR and IT stakeholders, manage the HRIT roadmap, and oversee global HRIS projects across Maisons and regions. Fluency in English and French is required; 15+ years in HRIS is preferred.
