Role Description
The Channel Partner - Europe role is a remote contract position responsible for developing and managing channel partnerships across the European market. This role involves identifying, onboarding, and nurturing channel partners to drive sales of Xonier Technologies' engineering and technology services. Day-to-day activities include executing channel sales strategies, collaborating with partners on joint business plans, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment with Xonier’s offerings and brand. The Channel Partner will work closely with internal sales and delivery teams to coordinate proposals, support partner-led opportunities, and maintain accurate account and pipeline records. The position requires proactive market research, regular partner communication, and consistent reporting on channel activities and results.
Qualifications
- Channel-focused skills: Experience with Channel Partners and Channel Sales to build, manage, and grow partner networks.
- Sales and account skills: Strong Sales and Account Management abilities to close deals and maintain long-term partner relationships.
- Strategic planning skills: Business Planning experience to develop go-to-market strategies and joint business plans with partners.
- Knowledge of technology services and SaaS, with familiarity in AI, cloud, or software engineering solutions preferred.
- Proven experience in the European market, with understanding of regional business practices and partner ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
