Otis Elevator Co. in Switzerland is seeking a hands-on T Desk Manager to build and lead our new T Desk. You will support colleagues, drive campaigns, and standardize workflows while using CRM, Power BI, and Power Automate to improve visibility and efficiency.
You will shape a new capability, define KPIs with Sales and Finance, and enable sales teams to focus on customer-facing work. Fluent English is required; German/French are a plus.
