Entropia is rebuilding the data room: the software behind the most important moments in the life of a company or an asset, from M&A to fundraising to strategic partnerships. The category has barely moved in twenty years: the incumbents that defined it are still, at their core, document vaults with a search box, built for an era of static files and manual review. We start from a different premise: the data room should be agent-native infrastructure for those moments, software that reads, structures and answers alongside the deal team.
We don't just build agentic software, we run on it. Every internal system across sales, product, design and engineering is built in-house and connected over MCP. That changes how the company works: each function ships faster, and the distance between an idea and a working tool nearly disappears. A seller can build. A designer queries live data. Support automates its own workflow. There are no silos to break because none have a reason to exist. Every Entropian is a builder.
As a Marketing Associate intern at Entropia, you'll help tell our story to the people who matter most. You work across our LinkedIn presence, our founder's voice, our events, our partner ecosystem, our website, our newsletter and our content, turning a fast-moving product story into a steady stream of touchpoints that reach M&A advisors, investment banks and all the intermediaries who run deals. This is a hands‑on role with real ownership: you won't be shadowing a marketing machine, you'll be helping build one.
The role is based in Paris. The audience is not. We sell to advisors, banks and funds across Europe and the United States, and the work you produce has to land with a partner in Paris, London, New York or Zurich. Most of it ships in English, some of it in French.
We mainly use an in-person work model, with a flexible work-from-home policy.
- Content Creation: Produce content across formats, from LinkedIn copy and carousels to blog posts, case studies and event material, always in service of our audience.
- LinkedIn & Social Presence: Own the day-to-day of our LinkedIn channel, from drafting and scheduling posts to shaping campaigns that grow our audience and voice among deal professionals.
- Founder Voice: Ghostwrite for our CEO on LinkedIn. You'll sit close to him, pull the raw material out of what's actually happening in the company, and turn it into posts that sound like him and not like a marketing department. This is one of our highest-leverage channels and you'll own the drafting.
- Newsletter: Write and ship our monthly newsletter to customers and prospects, from picking what's worth saying to the copy, the list and the send. It's the one moment each month where the whole market hears from us directly.
- Events: Help plan and run the events that put Entropia in front of the market, from intimate roundtables with advisors to our presence at industry gatherings, handling logistics, invitations and follow‑up.
- Partnerships: Support our work with partners, coordinating co‑marketing initiatives, joint content and shared campaigns that expand our reach.
- Website Management: Keep our website sharp and current, updating pages, publishing content and improving how we tell our story online.
- Measure & Iterate: Track what works across channels and use those insights to sharpen the next campaign, treating marketing as something you build and improve, not just execute.
- Students or recent graduates with a strong interest in B2B marketing, tech, or finance, looking for a formative first experience in a high‑growth startup.
- Clear, sharp communicators who write well, with an ear for voice: you can write as the company, and you can write as someone else. Fluency in English is essential: most of what you publish is written for European and American readers, and it has to sound native to them. Working French on top of that.
- Builders at heart who are curious about tools and automation, eager to use AI to do more, and not afraid to learn by doing.
- Organized self‑starters who can juggle several projects at once, take ownership, and thrive in a fast‑paced, low‑ego environment.
