Your team & responsibilities
We’re looking for a Product Manager to help us scale our B2B2C and growth products across web and app.
In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of product, growth, technology, and partnerships. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and business development to turn customer and partner needs into scalable product solutions.
A key part of your mission will be moving us from bespoke partner integrations towards standardized, modular solutions that can be rolled out efficiently across distribution partners.
Your missions
Drive product growth
Prioritize and execute the product roadmap for growth initiatives across acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, and win-back.
Identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, monetization, and subscriber retention across our app and web platforms.
Define, run, and analyse A/B tests and product experiments, turning insights into actionable product decisions.
Work with marketing on lifecycle initiatives, pricing and packaging experiments, and messaging that supports growth objectives.
Partner with data and analytics teams to define KPIs, build dashboards, and use data to inform product bets.
Scale our B2B2C product
Help scale our Hub solution into a modular, standardized API solution that can support multiple partners.
Lead the migration of existing B2B2C partnerships onto a standardized Hub connection.
Design and improve product experiences for B2B2C partners, including partner onboarding, white-label experiences, and co-branded offers.
Work closely with Business Development to understand partner requirements and translate them into scalable product capabilities rather than one-off custom solutions.
Support the integration of major partnerships, ensuring product delivery meets both partner and business objectives.
Own the product development lifecycle
Translate customer, partner, and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
Work closely with engineering, product design, and UX research from discovery through delivery.
Balance speed, customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact when prioritizing the roadmap.
Represent the voice of both the end user and our partners in cross-functional planning and prioritization.
Operate with an agile mindset: move quickly from insight to experiment to shipped product without waiting for perfect information.
Who are we looking for?
You are at the right place if you have
3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in digital media, publishing, subscriptions, or SaaS businesses.
Demonstrated experience driving product growth, particularly across acquisition funnels, onboarding, activation, retention, or monetization.
Strong analytical skills and experience using product analytics and experimentation tools such as Amplitude, Looker, or similar.
Comfortable using data to identify opportunities, define hypotheses, measure outcomes, and make product decisions. SQL experience is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams as well as external partners.
Fluent in English, and in French or German.
