O’GARA COACH is seeking a Pre-Owned Sales Manager in California to lead the pre-owned department, oversee lease returns and acquisitions, and ensure DMV-compliant purchase paperwork is processed efficiently.
You will manage inventory quality, determine wholesale versus retail disposition, train staff, and drive customer satisfaction through strong sales supervision and relationship building. Compensation is $75-$95k annually plus commission.
