Mandatory skills*
- 10+ years in CRM delivery/design (Customer 360, lead/opportunity management).
- 5+ years in automotive or multi-channel retail, preferably with OEM/dealer network experience.
- Experience in multi-country CRM rollouts with localization.
- Strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of customer data models, master data, and API/event integrations.
- Agile delivery experience, fluent English, eligible to work in France, available from Nov 2026.
