Setting the scope and framework for the Group Compliance function. Collaborating with operational teams to identify gaps and translate them into practical processes. Developing and implementing compliance monitoring programs. Preparing reports for executive leadership and regulators.
Responsibilities
- Setting the scope and framework for the Group Compliance function
- Collaborating with operational teams to identify gaps and translate them into practical processes
- Developing and implementing compliance monitoring programs
- Preparing reports for executive leadership and regulators
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in risk management or compliance roles
- Strong operational and project management skills
- Sound knowledge of the banking and financial industry
- Excellent analytical skills
- Fluency in French and English
