Profile: Experienced professional with strong hands-on leadership skills.
Your responsibilities
As a Site Manager, you will be the main on-site point of contact, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of operations:
- Prepare, organise and manage site operations
- Supervise on-site teams, including team leaders and operators
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements
- Monitor project progress in terms of deadlines, quality and costs
- Manage client relations on site
- Oversee equipment, material supplies and subcontractors
- Prepare and submit site progress reports
Your profile
- Proven experience in site management, ideally in industrial painting, anti-corrosion or industrial environments
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe working practices
- Ability to lead teams, organise operations and make decisions
- Self-motivated, thorough and responsible
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally is essential
- Valid Category B driving licence required
- Professional working proficiency in English is an advantage
