To accelerate progress, they are creating the role of Group WECO Director (Water, Energy, and Chemicals Optimisation).Reporting directly to the Group Industrial & QHSE Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s WECO strategy across 30 countries. Key responsibilities include:Defining and continuously developing the WECO strategy in alignment with Group business objectivesLeading an international team to implement the strategy across all operational sitesSupporting COOs and country/cluster directors in analysing monthly WECO performance and identifying priority actionsManaging supplier relationships, including negotiating contracts and monitoring ongoing performance with water, energy, and chemical providersTHE REQUIREMENTSEngineering degree in chemistry and/or energy management from a leading university or grande école8–13 years’ experience in industrial environments, with a background in engineering, production, or process/methods rolesExpertise in chemical, energy, and/or water managementStrong skills in process engineering, statistical process control, and/or Six SigmaDemonstrated negotiation abilities, both technical and financialExcellent leadership skills, with experience in both direct and cross-functional managementFluency in both French and English is explicitly required
