En 1993, Alcimed voit le jour, avec pour vocation d'explorer et développer des terres inconnues. En 28 ans c'est plus de 200 explorateurs qui ont rejoint notre aventure. Répartis dans nos 8 bureaux (en France, en Europe, à Singapour et aux USA), nous accompagnons au quotidien les industriels pour les aider à innover et à créer de nouveaux business.
Notre rêve ? Construire une équipe de 1000 explorateurs. Et parce que notre voyage s'accélère, nous recherchons aujourd'hui un Business Development Manager pour prendre en charge le développement de l'activité Santé d'Alcimed.
POURQUOI CETTE OPPORTUNITE ?
L'équipe Santé d'Alcimed accompagne les industriels pharmaceutiques, les acteurs des biotechs, du dispositif médical, du diagnostic, du vaccin et de la santé animale dans l'exploration et le développement de leurs terres inconnues.
VOS MISSIONS ?
En tant que Business Development Manager vous rejoignez l'équipe avec pour objectif de conquérir et de fidéliser de nouveaux clients. Votre objectifs est de devenir à court moyen terme le Responsable de la Business Unit Santé dont vous recruterez et managerez l'équipe (consultant et project manager).
Vos missions consistent à :
- Créer et développer votre portefeuille de clients et prospects
- Rencontrer des décideurs de haut niveau (Directeur Innovation, R&D, Marketing…)
- Etablir des propositions commerciales sur mesure
- Être l'interface entre vos clients et les équipes projet
- Assurer le suivi des missions en interne
- Développer les compétences et savoir-faire de l'équipe
Pour mener vos missions, vous travaillez main dans la main avec les membres de l'équipe Santé.
VOTRE PROFIL ?
- De formation Bac+5 (grande école d'ingénieurs et/ou de commerce), vous avez un mental d'entrepreneur et vous avez un goût à la fois pour les sujets d'innovation et pour la vente
- Vous souhaitez évoluer dans une fonction managériale
- Vous parlez couramment français et anglais
- Qualités recherchées : dépassement – excellent relationnel – goût pour le secteur de la santé – rigueur – autonomie – leadership – goût pour le travail en équipe.
