This is an exciting opportunity to join a technically superior, innovation-led organization at the forefront of digital communications.Role Overview:Our client is hiring its first EU-based customer-facing sales professional to spearhead business development and account management efforts across the region. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding and deepening relationships with Tier 1 telecom providers and related ecosystem players, including local brands and Tier 2 operators. This is a pivotal role reporting directly to the Sales Director (UK/EU), with broad autonomy to shape our client’s commercial footprint across Europe.Key Responsibilities:Drive business development activities to generate new business with Tier 1 and Tier 2 telecom providers (e.g., Orange, SFR, BT, Sky, Liberty Global, Virgin Media).Manage and grow existing accounts with telecom operators and strategic partners.Lead face-to-face engagements, product presentations, contract negotiations, and solution proposals.Collaborate with the global sales and marketing teams to align local execution with broader company strategy.Represent the full suite of our client’s connectivity and multimedia IC products (excluding automotive and EV SoC lines).Identify and develop new vertical opportunities in the broadband and video sector, IoT, fibre, switching and Bluetooth segments.Maintain a deep understanding of customer roadmaps, procurement cycles, and decision-making processes.Qualifications10+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally within telecoms, connectivity hardware, networking solutions, or adjacent sectors.Proven track record of selling into Tier 1 telecom providers in the UK and/or France.Strong network of contacts within operators such as Orange, SFR, BT, Sky, Liberty Global, and similar.Experience with broadband, fibre, or video technologies is highly advantageous.Comfortable operating in both business development and account management roles (approx. 50/50 split).Ability to work independently and lead initiatives as the first boots-on-the-ground in Europe.Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building new markets and representing global technology brands.Fluent in English; additional proficiency in French is a strong plus.Interested?We are committed to submitting suitable candidates for this vacancy to our client ASAP, for more information, contact Renz Moreno at PER Recruitment or send your CV to renz@per-international.com.
