Efficacy Study Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager on Efficacy Studies to join our team and work closely with our Study Director.
Responsibilities
· Study Design and Management: Engage with customers to draft efficacy studies. Manage the implementation of the study in accordance with GLP complience, lead the project team, analyse exeprimental data and prepare the study reports to be presented to the customer.
· Team Management and Supervision: Build, lead, and manage a technical team. Ensure alignment with project objectives and support the continuous professional development of team members.
· Innovation: Propose and lead R&D projects for clients and research programs to expand the company's commercial offerings. Propose and define new efficacy tests to be developed in line with the needs of the commercial team and study direction.
· Scientific Communication: Promote internal and external collaborations. Represent OxiProteomics at conferences, scientific congresses, or workshops to enhance visibility and scientific engagement.
Qualifications
Passionate about innovation and continuous improvement, and committed to providing practical and effective solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients and projects
Engineering degree and a PhD in cellular biology of the skin, with specialization in 3D in-vitro models and biological analyses.
Over 3 years of experience in project management within a preclinical CRO or in the skincare industry.
Strong organizational and rigor skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects effectively while maintaining a high level of detail and organization.
Bilingual proficiency: Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with international teams
Exceptional relational skills and leadership: Demonstrated capability to build and maintain constructive relationships, motivate teams, and drive projects towards successful outcomes.
