Location: Paris, France
Start: ASAP
Required languages: English
Skills / knowledge:
> More than 5 years of experience with Documentation Control;
Deliverables:
> Implementation of workflows in the EDMS / Updating matrices
> Coordination with suppliers, subcontractors, and the operational center in Chennai
> Participation in kick-off meetings
> Drafting procedures / working instructions
> Documentation management in EDMS databases
> User support
> Follow-up with suppliers / subcontractors
> Follow-up with disciplines
> Issuing reports and analysis
