Pour la filiale française d’une importante entreprise italienne travaillant dans la fabrication et l'installation de machines et d'équipements pour le conditionnement de produits cosmétiques et pharmaceutiques , nous recherchons un/e:
TECHNICIEN/NE SERVICE CLIENTS ITINERANT/E
Directement rattachée au Customer Service Operation Manager, la personne idéale est à l’écoute des clients et considérée comme un conseilleur de qualité par sa capacité à leur apporter de la valeur ajoutée.
Responsabilités
- Assurer la mise en route, le dépannage et la maintenance des machines chez les clients;
se déplacer en France et à l’international dans le cadre de ces missions;
- Conseiller et former les clients sur les améliorations ainsi que les options disponibles;
- Participer aux audits des machines et élaborer les fiches de cotation de remise en état;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les bureaux d’étude et les autres services.
Pré-requis fondamentaux:
- Bonnes connaissances et expérience (3-5 ans) en mécanique, électricité et automatisme.
- BTS ou DUT technique à dominance électrotechnique, automatisme, MSMA, MAI, MI
- Français courant, anglais opérationnel;
- Connaissance des logiciels SIEMENS STEP7, TIA PORTAL, WINCC Flexible, OMRON, LENZE Engineer (Motion) et autres;
- Autonomie, mobilité en France et à l’étranger;
- Approche commerciale, bonne relation client et bonne présentation;
- Rigueur et esprit d’analyse, esprit d’équipe;
- Passeport Français, Permis B

Salaire proposé (suivant expériences et qualifications): annuel brut sur 13 mois à évaluer
