Now Hiring: Head of Wholesale EMEA Location: Paris, France Contract: Full-time / PermanentWe are partnering with a luxury fashion house seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Wholesale EMEA to lead and develop its wholesale business across the region, based in Paris.This role offers the opportunity to operate at a strategic level within a luxury retail environment, driving growth, partner relationships, and brand representation across key international markets.The RoleAs Head of Wholesale EMEA, you will define and execute the regional wholesale strategy, overseeing key accounts and teams while ensuring strong commercial performance and consistent brand positioning across EMEA.Key ResponsibilitiesWholesale Strategy & Commercial Leadership • Define and execute the wholesale strategy across EMEA in line with global objectives • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and sustainable market expansion • Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs to inform strategic decisionsKey Account & Partner Management • Lead and manage relationships with key wholesale partners and distributors • Negotiate commercial agreements while protecting brand equity • Ensure consistent brand representation across all wholesale channelsTeam Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration • Lead, coach, and develop regional wholesale teams • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including retail, merchandising, marketing, and supply chain • Support talent development and succession planningMarket & Brand Development • Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies • Oversee sell-in and sell-through performance • Ensure alignment between wholesale partners and brand standardsProfile• Proven experience in a senior wholesale leadership role within luxury, premium, or high-end fashion • Strong commercial acumen with international market exposure • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on leadership • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills • Willingness to travel across the EMEA regionWhy This Opportunity• Join a luxury fashion business recognised for excellence • Lead wholesale strategy across a diverse and dynamic region • Senior leadership role with strong strategic influence • Environment that values performance, partnership, and brand integrityDue to high application volumes, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
