Vos missions : - Participer à la conception de l'ensemble des politiques de rémunération et des avantages sociaux, - Établir et entretenir des relations positives et influentes avec la Direction Exécutive, - Agir en tant que membre positif de l'équipe de Direction des Ressources Humaines, - Concevoir les structures de rémunération de base dans l'organisation (système de classification, système d'évaluation des postes, politique de description de poste, politique de promotion, etc.) alignées sur la culture d'entreprise et les valeurs corporatives, - Mener différents projets RH (pas seulement des projets dans le domaine de la rémunération et des avantages sociaux), - Coordonner les processus de rémunération tels que la planification salariale, la planification des primes et le développement des régimes d'incitation, - Approuver les exceptions dans la rémunération des employés individuels, - Former les partenaires Commerciaux RH et les Responsables Hiérarchiques dans le domaine de la rémunération (formation sur le mix salarial, etc.), - Représenter l'organisation lors de différentes conférences RH à l'échelle mondiale. Votre rôle englobe une portée mondiale et concerne environ 1000 personnes.
Bac +5 minimum en gestion des ressources humaines et une expérience d'au moins 6 ans en C&B.Connaissances nécessaires : - Lois et réglementations en matière de rémunération de base et de programmes de rémunération incitative, des politiques et opérations de l'entreprise, - Lois et réglementations applicables aux programmes de rémunération de base et incitative, des politiques et opérations de l'entreprise, - Incitations commerciales et annuelles, des primes, des avantages sociaux, flexibilité, mobilité internationale (affectations de personnel, expatriation, etc.) et des voyages d'affaires, Mercer et Korn Ferry.
