Vous souhaitez rejoindre une équipe dynamique au sein d'un cabinet reconnu pour son expertise en droit des affaires depuis plus de 50 ans ? Ce cabinet indépendant, fort de 120 professionnels, recrute un(e) Avocat(e) Senior pour renforcer son département Corporate / M&A / PE.Votre rôle clé sera d'assurer la coordination entre les associés et l'équipe, en anticipant les besoins et en fluidifiant la communication, tout en travaillant en direct avec les associés sur les opérations majeures.Lucille Guérin, qui gère ce recrutement, connaît très bien ce cabinet et a déjà recruté plusieurs personnes pour cette équipe (toujours dans un contexte de croissance). Les retours des collaborateurs sont excellents : intégration réussie, suivi de carrière personnalisé, associés disponibles et à l'écoute, et des dossiers de grande qualité.Vos missions : - Intervenir sur des opérations M&A (dominante), Private Equity, levées de fonds.- Rédiger et négocier des contrats.- Assurer la relation directe avec les clients.- Coordonner et encadrer les collaborateurs seniors, en veillant à la bonne répartition des dossiers et au respect des standards du cabinet.Pourquoi ce poste ? - Une équipe composée de 5 associés, 9 collaborateurs, et des ressources dédiées (assistants juridiques, stagiaires).- Une activité en forte croissance : opérations M&A, Private Equity, dossiers internationaux.- Un rôle stratégique et transversal : véritable bras droit des associés, vous serez le point de liaison entre les associés et les collaborateurs seniors, garantissant la- fluidité des échanges et la qualité des livrables.Votre profil : - 6 ans d'expérience minimum en Corporate/M&A.- Maîtrise des opérations SMID Cap. - Anglais courant (dossiers internationaux).- Disponible rapidement.
