Sterimed develops, produces, transforms and markets different types of solutions (bacterial barriers and pre-formed sterilisation packaging) for both hospitals and medical device manufacturers.
As an LBO group, Sterimed is characterised by a strong entrepreneurial DNA and has been pursuing a very dynamic external growth policy for several years. Since its foundation in 2016, the group size has been multiplied by 5, and since 2021, 5 acquisitions have been made in Europe. This growth generates many synergy opportunities (commercial, industrial, product, purchasing, organizational etc.), which are coordinated at group level but carried out at site or field team level in a spirit of subsidiarity.
Sterimed has 13 production sites and 23 logistics and sales sites on 3 continents. 50% of sales are generated in EMEA region from 9 sites. The HQ offices are located in Boulogne Billancourt (92).
Missions:
Reporting directly to the group's EMEA Chief Operating Officer, you will be involved in cross-functional and strategic projects and will contribute to structuring the coordination, deployment and operational follow-up of synergies within the region (more than 30 projects, a major challenge to optimise the group's profitability and fuel the growth).
After a training and integration cycle (discovery of the group's main industrial processes, its businesses, contacts, etc.), you will:
- Gather all strategic synergies and projects and help prioritize them in coordination with the Group Management Committee;
- Be directly responsible for the development, management and implementation of some of the industrial or product synergies projects, in coordination with the involved parties in the organization;
- Support the development of business plans for significant investments request, in liaison with the involved site directors;
- Implement project management tools to ensure smooth implementation: communication to all the parties, delivering on costs/quality/planning expectations, management of the risks;
- Liaise with Site directors to share best practices and implement them locally;
- Participate in the reporting of business and synergies main KPIs, always with the aim of driving our operations performance and customer satisfaction;
- Propose optimisation ideas to encourage the region's growth and the company's overall performance;
- Provide the Management Committee with a proper reporting and regular update on the progress of projects

Profile:
- Analytical skills and technical knowledge acquired from a first-class engineering school
- Minimum 3-year first experience during which strong project management skills and tools were acquired and applied to the manufacturing sector
- Rigour and methodology, balanced with some pragmatism
- Excellent interpersonal skills, sense of teamwork and easiness to work in a cross-functional organisation
- Willingness to learn and contribute to an entrepreneurial and fast growing journey
- Autonomy and self-drivenness
- Good communication skills to facilitate change management
- Fluent English is mandatory (many of the people you will be dealing with are non-French speakers)
- Experience abroad strongly advised to illustrate your capacity to adapt to various cultures
Workplace:
Boulogne-Billancourt (92) with some travels expected to the different involved sites in Europe.
