Your next challenge


The Corporate Strategy Manager partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams within Pluxee to influence critical decisions, build impact, and inspire change. He/she co-leads the strategic planning process in close collaboration with senior management (Executive Committee, Global and Country teams) and key stakeholders and manages strategic initiatives.


Your main responsibilities will be:


Drive the strategic planning processes

  • Build frameworks, guidelines and share supporting documents and support countries in the process.
  • Consolidate and lead global analysis on countries and entities strategic plans.
  • Work closely together with the Global Finance team on the ambition setting.
  • Co-develop a tracking and follow-up on strategic priorities and initiatives.


Support the discussions on Pluxee strategy evolution

  • Track, analyze and share global business trends and Pluxee competition trends to derive relevant insights
  • Prepare top-management presentations incl. documents for the Board of Pluxee and external investors.


Manage complex strategic projects

  • Take a project management role in global strategic projects, e.g. M&A and partnerships discussions.
  • Build/analyze/evaluate financial models, business cases, business plans and scenarios as needed.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams with internal and external stakeholders (buyers, sellers or partners).
  • Create work plans and coordinate people involved with planning and projects by gathering their ideas and input, tracking and ensuring follow-up on their deliverables, and keeping the participants informed and engaged.
  • Ensure accountability and clear monitoring in highly volatile, fast-paced project environments.
  • Screen possible partners/acquisition targets that are of relevance for Pluxee.



You’re a match


  • Master’s degree and/or M.B.A from a business or engineering school.
  • +5 years of experience in a Global Strategy Consulting firm as a Consultant or Sr Associate. Experience in an industry related to Pluxee, i.e. payments or employee benefits.
  • Additional work experience in a large multinational group is a plus.
  • Track record of demonstrating a high level of achievement.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of working in multi-disciplinary, international teams.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and influencing skills.
  • Strong ability to see the “big picture” and think strategically.
  • Strong financial analysis and financial modeling skills, solid knowledge of key business metrics and stock markets, and ideally experience with M&A projects.
  • Curiosity, openness to new ways of working, and digital affine.
  • Proficient user of the MS Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams), knowledge of BI visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Excellent spoken and written English required, French and/or other European languages are a plus.
