Belle opportunité de Director Mobile à pourvoir sur une application grand public Une scale-up européenne ambitieuse dans le domaine social + vidéo, avec des millions d’utilisateurs actifs mensuels, recherche son/sa futur(e) Mobile Director pour structurer et faire grandir son équipe mobile & backend.Le contexte :Un environnement tech stimulant, une application grand public à fort trafic, et une mission claire : réinventer l’expérience vidéo comme espace de connexion sociale.Votre mission :Structurer et faire évoluer une équipe tech complète (iOS, Android, backend – 8 personnes aujourd’hui)Piloter la roadmap technique et faire les choix structurantsCollaborer au quotidien avec Product, QA & Design pour livrer une app rapide, fluide et aimée par ses utilisateursInstaller une culture d'excellence et de collaboration, dans un cadre autonome et ambitieuxVotre profil :Expérience solide en app mobile grand public (iOS / Android) : Lead ou StaffAvoir déjà encadré (people et tech) une équipe ou un pôle mobile (8+ personnes)Capacité à être encore hands-onSolide compréhension des enjeux vidéo (streaming, media frameworks, performance)Sens produit / UX développéInformations complémentaires :Localisation : Paris (rythme hybride)Ambiance internationale, forte culture produitPackage attractif : 100k+
