In Europe, France is one of the key markets for STEMMER IMAGING. The french team consists of account managers, inside sales and technical support staff. Next to this, you will be part of an international sales organization with lots of possibilities to interact and share experiences with peers in other countries. What are your tasks with us? Significant involvement in the development of the sales strategy, its implementation and the definition of sales targets and KPIs as part of a company-wide, integrated target system Planning and managing sales activities in France and achieving the corresponding sales and earnings targets Identification, development and personal support of strategic key accounts Leading the various sales teams (Account Management, Inside Sales), providing support and consistently transforming the sales organisation into an active sales force, situational coaching and targeted employee development Application of structured sales processes; supported by modern CRM tools, creation of transparency regarding important customer projects and key sales figures, market observation Active organisation of interfaces and networking at all levels between sales and functional areas such as product management, order processing, marketing and technology Reporting to the Director Western Europe, in close dialogue with the Executive Board and colleagues responsible for our international companies What can you expect from us? Compensation and benefits: Attractive compensation and 25 days of vacation per year + RTT (day package based on 214 annual working days). Furthermore a mobile phone and a company car, which you can also use privately, are part of the basic equipment for your successful work in this position. Work location: Stemmer Imaging France has 3 office locations (Puteaux/Paris, Saint Chamond/Lyon and Pertuis/Aix-en-Provence). The preferred location for this role is Saint Chamond/Lyon. What characterises you? Business or technical degree, technical training or sound experience in image processing or the marketing of technical components; significant experience in managing sales teams Having technical knowledge about vision related hardware and software is a big plus Sales professional with experience and demonstrable success in the field of technically sophisticated products and solutions, sales management experience with heterogeneous teams Modern leadership behaviour with the ability to apply situational skills, strong entrepreneurial thinking with an interest in the ‘big picture’ and willingness to take on responsibility You have experience with structured sales processes and a deep understanding of success factors in a complex sales scenario, including the ability to identify customer needs and generation of tailored and economically viable solutions Willingness to make decisions while weighing up benefits and risks, open, goal‑oriented and respectful communication, creative drive and success‑orientation Would you like to get to know us?
