Poste : Vous occuperez un rôle complet dans une équipe stable, compétente et fédérée, au sein d'un environnement vous permettant une véritable transversalité dans votre implication sur de nouveaux dossiers.
Votre mission trouve un équilibre entre : votre autonomie sur l'ensemble des sujets liés à l'administration du personnel ainsi qu'à la supervision du prestataire en charge de la production de la paie - et votre implication opérationnelle avec l'équipe RH notamment sur des sujets tels que la GTA.
Votre mission est à 360°. Elle inclut donc également une forte dimension contrôle de gestion sociale, d'analyse de données, de préparation de documents légaux (bilans sociaux, NAO, égalité H/F) et de collaboration avec la Direction Financière de notre client sur les sujets liés au suivi de la masse salariale.
Profil : Nous recherchons un profil H/F présentant entre 5 et 10 années d'expérience sur un poste similaire.
Un profil souhaitant s'épanouir dans un environnement sain, multiculturel, favorisant la créativité et l'entraide.
Vous présentez un niveau d'anglais opérationnel et maitrisez les fonctions principales du logiciel EXCEL.
Votre connaissance de l'outil ADP est un plus.
Prime sur objectifs.
Rémunération 50-55 K¤ selon profil.
Télétravail 2 jours / semaine.
