As our first in-house tech hire, you will internalize our core IP and architect the future of B2B negotiation. Your roleYou will be the technical owner of the platform. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will write code, make architectural decisions, and progressively build the engineering function.You will take over from a strong external dev team, secure knowledge transfer, and set CROWN up for long-term product velocity and enterprise-grade reliability.
