Join our dynamic sales team for challenging tasks and clear growth opportunities.Website: https://global.dongcheng.com/Dongcheng's WebsiteDCK brand website: https://eu.dck-tools.comFacebook: www.facebook.com/DCKTOOLSEuropeJob descriptionKey ResponsibilitiesImplement regional/national sales strategies and plans to achieve regional/national sales targets.Conduct regular customer visits and communication, build a strong agent system, assist clients in expanding local distribution networks, and strengthen customer relationships.Responsible for product and market promotion in the region, lead regional/national participation in international exhibitions.Monitor significant changes in the regional market, formulate and implement corresponding strategies in a timely manner.Execute plans for new product and new market development to increase product market coverage.Collect feedback on company products, market information, and customer needs in the region/country, and provide regular reports.Assist in the establishment of local branches and the recruitment and management of local teams.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.Qualifications:English and French can be as working language, open to long-term expatriation.Familiar with overseas channel business models and operations, preferably in consumer electronics, smart hardware, or related industries.Minimum 2 years of experience in channel analysis, channel expansion and management, or Go-to-Market (GTM) experience in the French market.Diligent, responsible, strong coordination and communication skills, adaptable, and open-minded.Strong business communication skills with primary agents, responsible for sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out performance.We Offer: • Career Growth: Clear advancement path within a stable manufacturing company.• Comprehensive Training: Product knowledge, internal systems, and cross-departmental processes.• Competitive Compensation: Attractive salary and performance-based bonus system.• Collaborative Environment: Supportive team culture that encourages innovation and shared success.
