Head Of Machine Learning and RTB H/F

Le process se déroule de la façon suivante :
- Un premier call avec la Responsable Recrutement,
- Une discussion avec le Chief Product Officer,
- Une discussion avec les membres de l'équipe,
- Une dernière étape : un « case » avec le CEO et le Chief Technical Officer.
Le Head Of Machine Learning and RTB interviendra sur les sujets suivant :
- Conduire et livrer les initiatives de R&D planifiées dans la stratégie de l'entreprise et rendre compte régulièrement de l'avancement à la direction de l'entreprise,
- Concevoir, déployer, surveiller, maintenir et améliorer les modèles de machine learning et de deep learning en production. Vous collaborerez avec l'équipe d'ingénierie à ces fins. Actuellement, nos modèles répondent à divers besoins (conversion des utilisateurs, désabonnement, recommandation d'applications, segmentation des utilisateurs). Ils ont été développés et améliorés au fil des ans pour optimiser leurs performances tout en prenant en compte les principales contraintes de notre industrie : Le temps d'inférence et le volume de données,
- Recruter, gérer et encadrer les membres de l'équipe de machine learning,
- Contribuer à la définition de la feuille de route du produit.
Le Head of Learning and RTB aura idéalement un diplôme de master, un doctorat minimum ou une auto-formation équivalente, de préférence dans les domaines STEM.
Avec au moins 8 ans d'expérience au sein d'équipes utilisant le machine learning pour alimenter un produit ou service central de l'entreprise, il aura de bonnes compétences en organisation et en planification des connaissances techniques.
La connaissance de l'adtech ou du martech est un plus.
