About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Global Head of Learning to join our People Development & Culture team at Doctolib. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive learning strategy that drives business growth, employee engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global learning strategy that aligns with Doctolib's business objectives and values.
  • Lead a team of learning professionals to design, deliver, and measure the impact of learning programs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their learning needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Manage the learning budget and resources to ensure effective use of funds.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners to ensure access to high-quality learning content and tools.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven decisions to improve future initiatives.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of driving business results through learning initiatives.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with business stakeholders and vendors.
  • Fluency in English and French, with proficiency in other languages a plus.
