Executive Assistant – ParisWe are looking for an Executive Assistant who will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the people while handling day-to-day employee administration.The ideal candidate is proactive, people-oriented, and passionate about making people happy at work by ensuring smooth communication, efficient processes, and a positive work environment.Key Responsibilities:1-Internal Communication & HR Support:Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding administrative questions.Distribute internal communications (memos, HR updates, company announcements).Support HR initiatives, including training, performance reviews, and health & safety programs.Contribute to maintaining a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.Welcome and host guests in the office.2. Administrative & Executive Support:Draft and prepare letters, reports, minutes, and presentations.Assist accounting with bookings, client communications, and control tasks.3- Employee Administration:Track absences, leave, sick days, and medical check-ups.Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including welcoming new employees, integrating them into the team, and handling exit documentation. 4. Office & General Administrative Support:Manage office supplies and vendor relationships.Organize internal events, including team meetings, staff gatherings, and company celebrations.Assist in tracking and managing administrative budgets.Required Skills and Competencies:Technical Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Basic knowledge of HR administration.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and French)Behavioural Competencies:Discretion and confidentiality.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.Ability to prioritize and anticipate needs.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration or Human Resources.2–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an SME.Part-time candidates, including students nearing the end of their studies, are also welcome.Working Conditions:Location: ParisContract: Full-time or Part-timeSalary: Based on profile and experience
