Sales Operations Intern

Location: Paris, France

About the role


Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:


  • Assist sales operation specialists in daily work and needs.
  • Prepare and coordinate meetings and presentation materials, including PowerPoint slides.
  • Interface with cross functional work teams such as sales, delivery, product and solution, and CCFM, CGSM, and marketing.
  • Update internal tracking means to provide data control and alignment throughout process.
  • Timely collect, upload and record documents.
  • Participate on teams assigned to address specific organizational initiatives.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in Mandarin (both writing and speaking) is a must.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes
  • Enthusiasm for learning and professional growth.


Education


Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communication/Engineering/Business or education comparable to experience in the industry.
