Key Account Manager (H/F) – Grands ComptesNotre client, acteur international de services de confiance numérique, poursuit une forte croissance et renforce son organisation commerciale.Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un Key Account Manager pour accompagner le développement des secteurs Banque/Assurance et Industrie.Rattaché(e) à la Direction Commerciale, vous jouez un rôle stratégique dans la croissance de l’entreprise en :Pilotant et développant un portefeuille de clients grands comptes à fort enjeu.Identifiant de nouveaux besoins, opportunités et relais de croissance au sein des comptes existants.Conduisant des cycles de vente complexes auprès d’interlocuteurs de haut niveau (DSI, RSSI, Directions métiers…).Collaborant étroitement avec les équipes avant-vente, produit, juridique et support afin de garantir un niveau de satisfaction client optimal.Assurant un suivi rigoureux du pipeline, des actions et du reporting au sein du CRM.Développant des relations commerciales durables et de confiance.Vous justifiez d’une expérience confirmée (7 ans minimum) dans une fonction de type :Key Account Manager,Ingénieur Commercial Grands Comptes,Account Executivedans les domaines suivants : identité numérique, cybersécurité, logiciels SaaS, solutions IT ou services numériques.Vous possédez également :Une très bonne compréhension des enjeux liés à la transformation digitale et à la sécurité des données.Une aisance relationnelle naturelle, associée à une forte orientation client.Rigueur, autonomie, sens du collectif et capacité à performer dans un environnement exigeant et évolutif.Une expérience des secteurs Banque/Assurance ou Industrie constitue un atout majeur.Un bon niveau d’anglais est indispensable.
