Our Paris hostel represents the very best of Paris, all under one roof.NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOBResponsible for overseeing, leading and controlling the front of house operations to deliver an excellent guest experienceEvaluate guest satisfaction levels and monitor trends with a focus on continuous improvementTake ownership of the guest journey to ensure that we create a truly unique Generator experienceStrive to continuously “raise the bar” by improving standards of performance, redefining the hostel experience by achieving outstanding customer satisfactionHave a comprehensive knowledge of and ensure compliance with all local legislation and regulations pertaining to your departmentControl payroll and all costs in your departmentMonitor the appearance, standards and performance of the Front of House Team with an emphasis on training and teamworkCommunicate effectively and appropriately in all directions so that the team understands its goals and is motivated to achieve themMonitor the appearance, standards and performance of the Room Division Team with an emphasis on training and teamworkEnsure that your team remains up to date with all local, national and international trendsBe commercially savvy in exploring new revenue streamsNaturally this is not intended as an exhaustive list of duties.
