ZOOM SUR TES FUTURES MISSIONS

  • Diriger l'équipe CSM (10+ personnes, équipe en forte croissance) couvrant les sous fonctions suivantes :

-Accompagnement client et vente,

-Formation client

-Support

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de réussite client pour

-Augmenter le chiffre d’affaires

-Améliorer la satisfaction des clients.

-Maintenir le taux de désabonnement à un niveau quasi-nul,

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe produit pour informer les clients des nouveautés et favoriser ainsi l’up-sell et le cross-sell.
  • Transmettre à l’équipe produit les besoins en fonctionnalité provenant des clients directs ou indirects afin de mieux répondre à leurs besoins
  • Mettre en place des stratégies d’accélération du déploiement de Staff & Go chez clients indirects
  • Autonomiser les partenaires pour les inciter à déployer Staff & Go plus rapidement et avec moins de recours aux CSM
  • Surveiller et analyser les KPI clés pour favoriser l’upsell et le cross
  • Diriger les initiatives de formation des clients pour améliorer l'adoption et l'utilisation de nos produits et services.
  • Gérer les opérations quotidiennes des équipes de support, de Customer Success Management et de formation, y compris la planification et la gestion des ressources, la création et la mise en œuvre de processus et de procédures, et la gestion des performances de l'équipe.
  • Sélectionner les outils adaptés pour augmenter la productivité de l’équipe

TON PROFIL

  • Tu possèdes un niveau Bac+5 en commerce ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Tu as une expérience de 5 ans minimum sur un poste similaire
  • Tu es proactif et force de proposition
  • Tu possèdes une véritable culture digitale ainsi qu’un intérêt pour le commerce et le marketing
