Notre client est beau groupe industriel français, acteur du dispositif médical, avec un rayonnement international.


Dans le cadre de son développement il recherche son International Customer Service Manager.

Poste reportant au Directeur Supply-Chain Groupe.


Sa mission principale est de diriger et coordonner les activités des équipes ADV, piloter le budget, la performance et les plans d’actions.


Vous aimez être dans les opérations, mais vous appréciez aussi prendre de la hauteur pour travailler sur des projets et faire progresser votre équipe : ce poste est pour vous


NB : poste avec déplacements ponctuels entre Asnières-sur-Seine et Saint-Ouen l'Aumône.


OPERATIONS :

  • Gérer la charge d'activité.
  • Assurer la gestion conforme des commandes dans le respect de la réglementation en vigueur et de la stratégie commerciale.
  • Contrôler la bonne compréhension de la demande client.
  • S’assurer de la bonne exactitude/qualité des données et de la transmission des informations aux clients
  • Gérer les aléas : pénuries, problèmes de facturation, non-conformités, …
  • Superviser l’activité des services additionnels proposés aux clients.
  • Mesurer et optimiser la satisfaction client.
  • Veiller au respect et à la conformité des procédures (qualité, sécurité, réglementaire…)
  • Superviser la gestion des systèmes d'informations et leur évolution
  • Conduire des projets & plans d’action sur son périmètre dans une démarche d’amélioration continue et de contribution à la performance globale


BUDGET :

  • Proposer & consolider le budget annuel du département.
  • Assurer le suivi mensuel de la mise en œuvre du budget. Prendre les mesures nécessaires le cas échéant.


MANAGEMENT :

  • Organiser la structure du département : définir les organisations, leurs missions et moyens budgétaires.
  • Optimiser l'efficacité de l'équipe par la mise en œuvre d'une démarche d'amélioration continue
  • Proposer, faire valider, mettre en œuvre le développement des collaborateurs (formation, évolution professionnelle, missions, montée en compétence, …)
  • Veiller à la cohésion de l'équipe.


PROFIL :

  • Expérience 8-10 ans minimum avec rôle opérationnel / projet & management
  • Expérience variée en ADV
  • Connaissance chaine du froid / exigence traçabilité / bonnes pratiques pharmaceutiques (GDP) / certification ISO 9001
  • Environnement international / complexe
  • Background santé ou milieu exigeant type agro-alimentaire / automobile / aéronautique
  • Anglais : idéalement courant (animation de réunions, échanges téléphoniques, …)
