Job Title: Client Accounting and Sales Administration Manager

As a key member of the Group Accounting Department, you will oversee the Client Accounting and Sales Administration functions across all entities within FBD International. Leading a team of Sales Administration Managers and Client Accountants, your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Managing the team through regular meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
  • Supervising team output in critical areas such as invoicing, debt recovery, risk assessment, monthly financial closings, and reporting to senior management.
  • Ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of outputs in accordance with established group protocols.
  • Providing management with consistent updates on key performance metrics.
  • Engaging in various accounting initiatives related to client management and sales operations.

Additionally, you will play a role in managing export services, inter-company transactions, and group inventory. Your responsibilities will also include implementing internal controls within your domain and suggesting measures to mitigate identified risks.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in accounting or finance, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, familiarity with franchise operations, and a proactive approach. Excellent communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, and a collaborative spirit are vital for success in this position.
