You will navigate challenging phone conversations with ease and transforming them into positive experiences. Your ability to think critically, focus on tasks, set priorities and adjust as needed will be the road to your success.What are you going to do?Monitoring orders to ensure smooth operations;Coordinating customer backorders to meet monthly targets effectively;Managing your accounts and ensuring customer engagement;Address and coordinate customer complaints and warranty requests;Collaborating closely with colleagues from diverse departments to deliver the best services;Analyze data to identify trends and implement proactive follow-up measures;Have projects and/or key user responsibilities based on your interests within the company.What do you bring?Education at minimum secondary level with a high-school examFluent French and English is a mustExperience in Customer Service or similar office position – approx. 1Knowledge of export documentationCustomer-oriented thinking and actingAbout the team.For our location in France, we are looking for a new colleague to join our international team.
