ResponsibilitiesLead technical pre-sales, solution delivery for key customers across France and adjacent European markets. Drive customer requirements and solution architecture and managing expectations with clarity and confidence. Deliver product demonstrations, technical workshops, and training sessions for customers, partners, and integrators—both on-site and remotely. Build strong technical relationships with customer stakeholders, including product owners, sales engineers, AV/IT managers, and professional services teams. Act as a trusted technical partner to distributor account managers and other channel partners, supporting business development and enable growth. Collaborate closely with Ochno sales team, R&D, and product team, ensuring customer insights directly influence product evolution. Represent Ochno at industry events and partner engagements, reinforcing our position as a technology innovator and thought leader. QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in telecommunications, electronics, computer science, or a related technical discipline. 2+ years of experience in a similar technical, pre-sales, or solutions role. Experience in Unified Communications, UCaaS, ProAV, or enterprise collaboration technologies is strongly preferred. (Strong junior profiles with relevant experience or an excellent doer mentality and willingness to learn fast and develop will also be considered.) Strong ability to analyze customer needs, identify challenges, and propose robust technical solutions. High level of customer focus, with excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills. Proven capability to drive implementations forward in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Comfortable independently conducting customer visits, on-site demos, partner enablement sessions, and industry presentations. Ability to work seamlessly with French-speaking customers and English-speaking international teams. Experience producing clear, high-quality technical documentation and solution proposals. Fluent French and professional English required. Personality & Mindset High energy with a humble mindset — confident in your expertise while remaining respectful and open .
