Since 2014, Wiremind has positioned itself as a technical company transforming the world of transport and events with a 360° approach combining UX, software, and AI.
Our expertise lies primarily in optimizing and marketing our clients' capacity. We work on various projects such as ticket forecasting and pricing, 3D optimization of air freight or scraping competitor prices. Our applications are the preferred tool of companies such as SNCF, United Airlines, Qatar Airways or even PSG to visualize, analyze and optimize their capacity.
Dynamic and ambitious, we strive to maintain our technical DNA which is the engine of our success. The company, profitable and self-financed since its creation 10 years ago, is mainly composed of engineers and experts and currently supports the growth of our business model based on "software-as-a-service" solutions.
About the roleAs a Pre-Sales Operations Intern, you will play a key role in strengthening Wiremind's enterprise Revenue motion — especially in contexts where tender processes are critical to win deals.
You will work at the intersection of Sales, Pre-Sales and Marketing, helping the team scale by better raising awareness of our company among our key targets, by creating stronger competitive intelligence, and by supporting tender execution and documentation.
Your missionsIn practice – even though there is no typical day – your main missions will be :
Procurement Platforms Awareness
Register Wiremind on procurement/supplier platforms used by our target accounts.
Coordinate the collection of required company documents and information (security, compliance, references, etc.).
Create and maintain a structured database of platforms, accounts, credentials, and next steps.
Competitive Intelligence & Innovations
Build competitor battlecards to support Sales and Pre-Sales positioning.
Implement innovative monitoring approaches (e.g., automated news digests, competitor alerts, trackers).
Create concise internal briefs on competitive moves, messaging and differentiators.
Tender / RFP Project Support
Support project management of tender responses: timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, follow-ups.
Organize Q&A cycles and support internal coordination during tender phases.
Help maintain and update core tender documentation (company deck, product descriptions, compliance/security docs, references).
You are currently pursuing a degree in a top engineering or business school (or equivalent).
You are organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
You have strong written communication skills in English (French is a bonus).
You are curious and proactive, with an interest in enterprise sales cycles, procurement and tender processes.
You are looking to work in an innovative ecosystem, fostering initiatives and new processes.
