Poste : Missions principales :
Le Senior Project Manager sera responsable de la phase de construction du projet , en réalisant les espaces conçus, en créant et/ou en suivant les plannings pour les différentes personnes et groupes impliqués dans le projet.
Vos tâches et responsabilités consisteront à :
* Planifier le travail à réaliser, identifier les entreprises et le personnel nécessaires, et attribuer les bonnes tâches aux bonnes personnes. Le projet impliquera 23 entreprises spécialisées en construction, environ 8 entreprises de design, environ 5 agences externes, et environ 10 associations locales, environ 150 personnes travailleront sur la phase de construction du projet.
* Procurer et allouer les ressources pour éviter les pénuries tout en évitant les retards causés par des décisions de gestion.
* Coordonner les tâches des différentes personnes sur le chantier pour assurer l'uniformité à la fin du projet. Relier les parties externes et internes pour qu'elles travaillent ensemble.
* Assurer la réalisation du projet dans les délais, en gérant les parties prenantes internes, financières et gouvernementales pour renforcer la confiance des clients tout en évitant des pénalités inutiles.
* Gérer un budget d'environ 40 millions d'euros. Assurer que le projet soit livré à temps, avec la qualité requise, et dans les limites du budget, sans accidents. Travailler dans le budget en estimant adéquatement les coûts et en réduisant les dépenses inutiles.
Profil : Profil recherché :
De formation Master en ingénierie, architecture ou design, vous justifiez d'au moins 7 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet, idéalement dans des environnements complexes et multi-acteurs. Vous devez avoir d'excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en français et maîtriser l'anglais. Vous êtes reconnu pour vos capacités de gestion, de coordination et de négociation, notamment avec des parties ayant des intérêts parfois divergents.
En raison de la nature physique des travaux, une présence sur le campus 4 jours par semaine est requise.

Grâce à des processus de construction durables et au recours aux énergies renouvelables, et notamment à des installations géothermiques et solaires, le campus sera hautement économe en énergie, tout en réduisant les émissions de gaz à effet de serre.
