Job Description:

We are seeking a highly strategic and dynamic B2B Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, focusing on expanding our reach in emerging markets and spearheading initiatives to collaborate with new and growing brokers, influencers, affiliates, and introducing brokers. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing a robust B2B marketing strategy that enhances our visibility and positions us as the preferred partner for liquidity and brokerage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy that targets brokers, influencers, affiliates, and introducing brokers.
  • Lead the launch and branding of a new website, ensuring it effectively communicates our unique selling propositions and aligns with our strategic goals.
  • Create and manage high-impact marketing campaigns that resonate in emerging markets and with our target partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing strategies are integrated and aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Manage a healthy marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing initiatives.
  • Lead sourcing; Leverage marketing technologies such as SimilarWeb and Sem Rush to identify leads for sales teams to engage with.
  • Comfortable working with 3rd parties to help deliver marketing initiatives ranging from creative and Copy to Website integrations and automations.
  • Regularly report on marketing campaign performance and strategic adjustments to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a CFD brokerage.
  • Strong understanding of the brokerage industry, particularly liquidity solutions, and the needs of influencers and introducing brokers.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute successful B2B marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in launching new brands and websites.
  • Strong network in the financial services and fintech sectors, especially in emerging markets.
  • Multilingual capabilities, particularly in languages prevalent in our target emerging markets.
