Intern Sales & Account ManagementAbout Première PeauPremière Peau is an independent French perfume house based in Paris, developing high-concentration extrait de parfum and distributing through a selective network of department stores, concept stores, and direct-to-consumer channels.Role OverviewAs an Intern Sales & Account Management, you will support the commercial development of Première Peau across B2B and wholesale accounts.You will work directly with the founder and commercial team, contributing to sales performance tracking, account follow-up, and business development execution.This role is hands-on, analytical, and operational.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Account ManagementSupport day-to-day management of wholesale and retail accountsAssist in order follow-up, replenishments, and sell-out trackingPrepare account summaries and commercial recapsHelp coordinate communications with buyers and store teamsKPI & Performance TrackingConsolidate commercial KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, monthly turnover)Maintain sales dashboards by account, region, and productAnalyze performance trends and identify growth opportunitiesBusiness Development SupportAssist in identifying potential new retail partnersPrepare commercial materials (line sheets, price lists, sales recaps)Support prospecting, negotiation and follow-up under supervisionOperational & Cross-functional SupportLiaise with logistics, finance, and operations for order executionSupport invoicing follow-ups and commercial reportingEnsure data accuracy in internal tools (CRM, spreadsheets, dashboards)ProfileBusiness / Sales / Management student (Bachelor or Master level)Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with numbers and Excel/SheetsOrganized, reliable, detail-orientedClear written and verbal communicationInterest in luxury, perfumery, or premium consumer goods is a plusFluent in French and English (GCC arabic or Italian or other languages a plus)What You’ll LearnHow a premium brand structures its sales strategyWholesale account management in luxury distributionKPI analysis and commercial decision-makingReal exposure to buyers, sell-in/sell-out logic, and negotiationsInternship DetailsDuration: 4–6 monthsLocation: Paris / hybrid Start date: Flexible
