Key ResponsibilitiesRetention & Churn Management – analyze customer behavior data to identify churn risks; design and execute proactive, personalized retention strategies; manage crisis situations and negotiate renewal terms; maintain high satisfaction for strategic accounts. Qualifications5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or similar commercial role. Success managing strategic accounts with ARR > €100K. Expertise in complex, multi‑party negotiations. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Client obsession and high service orientation. Adaptability to a rapidly evolving, high‑growth environment.
