Regional Sales Manager – France & BeneluxDigital DentistryAre you a high-performing sales leader with a passion for digital dentistry and intraoral scanning technology?We are partnered with an innovative dental technology company looking to appoint a Sales Manager to lead and grow the France & Benelux region. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in intraoral scanners, CAD/CAM, and chairside digital workflows, and proven experience selling through distributor networks.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow the France & Benelux region, driving revenue through established and new distributor partnersBuild strong, long-term relationships with distributors, key accounts, KOLs, dental practices, DSOs, and labsDevelop and execute joint business plans with distribution partners to achieve regional sales targetsSupport distributors with product training, demos, clinical education, and sales enablementIdentify new market opportunities and support lead generation activities, events, and trade showsNegotiate commercial terms within established guidelinesCollaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, clinical, product, customer support) to ensure a seamless customer experienceTrack pipeline, forecasts, and performance using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)What We’re Looking For:Proven success in dental or medtech sales, ideally within intraoral scanners, digital dentistry, CAD/CAM, or imagingStrong experience managing and growing distributor-led sales modelsTrack record of building high-performing distributor relationships across multi-country territoriesExperience covering France and/or Benelux marketsHunter mentality with the ability to build and scale regional revenueExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsFluency in French required; English essential (Dutch/Flemish a plus)The Opportunity:High-impact regional role within a growing digital dentistry businessExposure to cutting-edge intraoral scanning and digital workflowsAutonomy to shape distributor strategy across France & BeneluxReporting directly to the Vice President of Sales and joining a collaborative, growth-focused commercial teamIf you have a strong background in digital dentistry and thrive in distribution-led sales environments, this is an exciting opportunity to own and grow a key European region.
