Ocean Winds is the result of a 50-50 joint venture by EDP Renewables (EDPR) and ENGIE. Reporting to the Operations & Maintenance Manager the Maintenance Planner is responsible for the planning, coordination and reporting of all operations and maintenance activities relating to the assets. Supporting the development of the annual maintenance plan, and continual review.
Working with the Operations Manager and the Supervisory Team in the planning and coordination of electrical network outages and maintenance.
Tracking of WTG Maintenance activities.
Planning and reporting on the activities of all subcontractors executing scopes of inspection and maintenance activity.
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess maintenance performance against key performance indicators.
Report on the Status of Maintenance as part of the O&M management team.
To optimize the Synergie with the different contractors
Supporting the implementation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Creation and maintenance of CMMS User guides & Work orders within the CMMS
Assist in the authoring, review, release and regular update of all Approved Written Procedures (AWP), along with Method Statements and Risk Assessments for operations and maintenance activities with the site supervisor.
Inventory & office:
Reporting on inventory status using software systems.
Maintain office efficiencies, plan for office events, welfare of staff and a general office account duty
Coordinate monitoring and maintenance of navigational marking of the offshore site
The use of software packages
Evidence of extensive industry specific technical training.
The use of planning software or equivalent.
At least BAC +2 in the maintenance or technical domain
At least 3 years (internship included) experience as a planner from a similar position.
The use of a maintenance planning tool
How an office environment is maintained and managed
Good knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
Fluent English both verbal and written.
