After two years of intense AI research and development at Ecole Normale Superieure and Ecole Centrale Paris, HrFlow.ai was founded in June 2016 to use the latest innovations in AI to solve the labor market and employment challenges at scale.

🚀 Your Mission
We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Business Development Manager to help us increase topline revenue, build trusted long-term client relationships, and continually improve our B2B go-to-market.
You will be the face and voice of our industry-leading technology as you engage innovative recruitment companies and large employers (Fortune1000, CAC40), that are actively looking for solutions to help them source and find the best candidates for a rapidly evolving job landscape.
You will also provide valuable input on how to continue growing the business and evolving rapidly with the company. We’re looking for the next business ‘go-getter’

👑 Responsibilities
- Respond to leads the same day and rapidly build your own B2B pipeline.
- Drive leads to the signature line by building business momentum through meetings, product information, demos, and quotes in a timely fashion.
- Prepare sales and services contracts and drive the prospect to the signature line.
- Ensure the successful handoff of the client’s needs and scope to the Professional Services team.
- Identify and relay new industry trends and common product requests to the Product Team.
- Keep the CRM up to date (a pipe, sales, revenue, invoices, etc.) and help build business intelligence reports and dashboards.
- Keep abreast of the competitive landscape.
- Provide input on how to enhance further and streamline internal sales processes.
- Grow professionally and intellectually, and have an amazing time.
🎯 About You - Must Have
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a B2B technology or software company.
- Deep understanding of SaaS products and services.
- A track record of hitting or overachieving business and sales goals.
- Excellent people and communications skills (English & French).
- Team player, outgoing and curious.
- Love solving problems and diving into challenges head-on.
- Desire to learn about artificial intelligence technology.
