We are looking for a dedicated IT Service Desk employee (gn) with experience, customer focus and a degree in computer science or business informatics.

Your tasks
  • Customer contact: Central contact person (gn) for internal and external customers.
  • Fault management: Recording, analyzing and resolving fault reports and informing users.
  • Solution implementation: Implementing and initiating sustainable business solutions.
  • User support: Providing alternatives for users to bridge a disruption.
  • Service criteria: Ensuring compliance with the defined service criteria.
  • Supplier management: Operational management of suppliers.
  • Request management: Receiving change and service requests from users.
  • User support: Supporting users in the proper use of the technical resources and applications provided.
  • System monitoring: Monitoring and supervision of systems and applications.
  • Documentation: Documentation in German and English.
  • Escalation management: Regulation of escalations.
