The Opportunity

The Head of Business Development will spearhead n+’s expansion into the European hospitality sector by establishing strong partnerships with luxury hotels, resorts, and hospitality chains. The key responsibility will be to promote and sell Mercedes-licensed eBikes to large hotel chains, positioning them as a high-end offering for guest experiences and leisure activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the business development strategy targeting large hotel chains across Europe.
  • Identify and secure partnerships with luxury hotel chains to introduce Mercedes eBikes as part of their guest services, rental offerings, or exclusive amenities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers in the hospitality and hotel sector, leveraging your existing network.
  • Present customized business solutions to hotels, positioning eBikes as an eco-friendly, premium guest experience that aligns with sustainability goals.
  • Develop proposals and negotiate agreements that secure long-term partnerships, ensuring seamless delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and sales material for hotel clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the European hospitality sector.
  • Represent n+ at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand visibility and secure new business leads.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the hospitality or luxury goods sector.
  • Established network of contacts within large hotel chains, resorts, or the hospitality industry across Europe.
  • Demonstrated experience in securing B2B partnerships, ideally with premium or high-end products.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest experience, with the ability to articulate the value of premium mobility solutions like eBikes.
  • Passion for sustainability, urban mobility, and innovative solutions in the travel and hospitality space.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel across Europe as required for client meetings and events.
