Head of Sales and Business Development

RIDE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales and Business Development to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including satellite operators, launch providers, and other industry partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver sales enablement programs and materials.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategy and optimize results.
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the space industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in the space industry, with knowledge of satellite operations and launch services.
- Knowledge of sales enablement tools and technologies.
- Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making.
