Joining our team means being part of a company with an unwavering commitment to excellence, where we foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, in which every voice is valued and, ideas are encouraged to flourish.Job Purpose: As the Sr Director, European Business Unit Security, your role is to report into a VP of EU BU (EASS / ES / Mav / Datech), the Director Europe BU is ultimately responsible for the (business) development and successful execution of the aggregate multi-year European Operations Plan for the speicifc focus Area (Vendor, Customer, Portfolio), establishing and maintaining winning relationships with the vendor and key reseller customers and directing local country leads in the execution of their applicable strategy. What You'll Do:Developing and executing the AOP, value propositions, and tactical quarterly plans.Maintaining the main partnerships (Vendor and Customers) to enable the plan.Identifying, evaluating and helping to close possible acquisitions to accelerate the planOwnership of the execution of European sub-operations plan, achieving quarterly and annual business objectives.Drive the building of programs and campaigns that can be executed across multiple countries.Engage with Country Management exec teams in quarterly reviews and planning sessions.Presenting at public events to audiences of different levels and capabilities and being a visible thought leader of the applicable focus in the IT channelWhat We're Looking For:5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in the IT sector, ideally within a Vendor, Distributor or Partner environment, with proven exposure to European markets.Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
